James C. Tienken
As the founding member of Tienken Associates, P.C., Jim offers substantial trial and appellate experience. A believer in thorough preparation, Jim draws on his extensive skills in legal analysis and courtroom presentation to achieve the best possible results for his clients.

Jim is a member of the Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations, and has practiced before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Jim has also appeared in State and Federal Courts in Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho and New Mexico.
