Jim is a member of the Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations, and has practiced before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Jim has also appeared in State and Federal Courts in Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho and New Mexico.
